Welcome to Boxit boot camp Clapham common, one of London's leading fitness companies rated in the top five in London by: The London Evening Standard, Coach, Timeout London, The Allrounder, Go Sweat and The Huffington Post to name just a few who rated our classes. 

 

Here we punch our way to perfection... Boxit is for all levels of fitness, capabilities and of course for people who have never put a boxing glove on in their life, we are the best way to get into boxing training in a fun and friendly environment with patient trainers. We have a mix of men and women in our classes and have a constant flow of new comers and old schoolers which some are still with us from when we started in 2010 so we must be doing something right!

 

Here at Boxit Bootcamp we get you fit... fast! With boxing to be proven to be one of the toughest forms of training with high intensity interval training, cardio vascular and strength and conditioning all rolled into one.

Our sessions are based around boxing combinations and technique work while advancing through the time your with us. To gain the best results inbetween the combos we then focus on the other parts of your body with leg sculpting, shoulder and arm shredding and core crunching exercises to ensure your aerobic fitness and all areas of your body are be targeted in each and every session.

DISCLAIMER: We occasionally record videos during class for promotional purposes. If you don't want to be involved please just let the trainer aware.

CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT

We provide three different options to help appeal to everyone to fit in to their lifestyle whether it be the main bootcamp sessions or you might prefer the one on one experience more and focus more on your technique with other training equipment only used in the one on one sessions or maybe you can't commit to any more times to your busy schedule other than your lunch at work we will come to you for a 45 minute bootcamp blast!

BOXIT BOOTCAMP locations

OUTDOORS LOCATION:

(Currently no outdoor classes) We meet by the Boxit van on Nightingale walk. Parking available and bicyles are locked to the rails.

INDOORS STUDIO LOCATION:

(All classes currently indoors) The indoors location during the winter months is down the alley behind bodeans by clapham common tube SW47ST. Parking available and bicycle rack.
